Long-strand mulberry silk performs best when its delicate fiber structure is kept dry and protected. This duvet is not designed for water washing.

• Always use with a duvet cover.
• Spot clean gently when necessary.
• Do not machine wash or soak.
• Do not tumble dry or expose to high heat.

Proper care helps preserve the integrity, loft, and performance of the long silk fibers over time.

Policies

• 30-Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days for duvets that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please review the warmth level, dimensions, and size compatibility carefully before ordering.
• 365-Day Warranty: If the silk filling clumps or felts, or the outer shell splits under normal use and proper care within 365 days, we will provide a full refund. Damage caused by improper care or use is not covered.
