Return and Refund Policy
At Hojoer Silk, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our silk comforters and bedding products. Due to the intimate nature of these items and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final.
This policy applies to all of the following product categories:

Mulberry silk-filled duvets

Bed linen (including 4-piece sets, duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets)
Once an item has been purchased, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description. We will assess the issue and assist you on a case-by-case basis.
If a return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval, and any items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be processed.
