Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • China Mainland

3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are delivered via FleetNow, USPS, Canada Post, Purolator or other trusted carriers, depending on the destination and item size.

4. Shipping & Duties – Clarified by Region

📦 Canada Orders

  • In-stock items: Free shipping within Canada.

  • Made-to-order (customized) items: Shipped from our facility in China; customers pay a flat-rate shipping fee, and we cover the remaining international shipping cost.

📦 United States Orders

  • In-stock items: Customers pay a flat-rate shipping fee and a portion of the customs duties. We cover the remaining shipping and duty costs.

  • Made-to-order items: Same as above — shipped from overseas; flat-rate shipping and partial duty shared by customer, balance covered by us.

💡 Exact fees will be shown at checkout. We aim to keep your cost predictable while absorbing the majority of international logistics costs on your behalf.

5. Estimated Shipment Time

  • Canada: 2–5 business days

  • USA: 4–7 business days

  • International: 8–12 business days (depending on destination)

6. Customs & Taxes
For international orders (especially the U.S.), any import taxes or customs fees are partially covered by us. You will see a small fixed amount at checkout to simplify the experience.

7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Package Inspection
Upon receipt, please inspect your package carefully. Contact us within 48 hours if anything appears damaged or incorrect.
